How long do lash extensions last?
A set stays full for about two to three weeks, then thins out as your natural lashes shed on their own cycle. Most clients come in for a fill every two to three weeks and keep the same set going for months.
Will extensions damage my natural lashes?
Not when the weight is matched to what your lashes can carry, which is the main thing we check during mapping. Damage usually comes from extensions that are too long or too heavy, or from pulling them off at home. If your lashes are fine or already stressed, we will suggest a lighter set rather than the one you asked for.
I do not know which volume I want.
That is the normal case, and it is not a problem. Book any full set and we will decide length, curl, volume and effect together before we start. Nothing is fixed until you are in the chair.
Can you work over another studio's extensions?
We would rather not fill someone else's work, because we cannot tell how the bonds were placed. Add a removal to your booking and we will start from a clean lash line. It takes about fifteen minutes.
How should I come to the appointment?
With clean lashes and no eye makeup, especially no mascara or oil-based remover. Contacts are fine but bring a case in case you would rather take them out. Coffee before a two-hour appointment is worth thinking about.
How do I take care of them?
Keep them dry for the first day, skip oil-based products around the eyes, and brush them through with the spoolie we send you home with. Sleeping face down is the fastest way to lose a set early.
