Privacy policy
This page explains what happens to your data when you visit browlashup.com. It covers the website only. Booking, payment and anything you tell us in person or by message are handled separately, and we describe those below too.
The short version. This website has no forms, no accounts and no shop. We never ask you to type in your name, email or phone number here.
What we do collect is anonymous traffic data — which pages get visited, from where, on what kind of device — so we can see whether the site is useful and whether our advertising works.
What we collect
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages people read. It records your approximate location (city level, from your IP address), device type, browser, the pages you open and how long you stay. It uses cookies to tell repeat visits from new ones. It does not tell us who you are.
Advertising pixels
We use the Meta Pixel and, when we run campaigns, the TikTok Pixel. These record that a visit happened and which actions were taken — for example, opening our booking page. They allow us to measure whether an advert led to a booking, and to show our adverts again to people who visited the site.
For Meta we also send the same events from our server, using the Conversions API. This exists because browser extensions and privacy settings block a large share of browser-side events. The server sends the same information, not more: the event name, the page it happened on, your IP address, your browser identification string, and the identifiers Meta’s own cookies placed in your browser. We do not attach names, emails or phone numbers, because we do not have them.
Reviews shown on the site
The reviews on our homepage come from our Google Business Profile. They are requested by our server, not by your browser, so visiting the page does not report you to Google. The names and photos shown belong to the people who wrote those reviews and are displayed as Google provides them.
Stored in your browser
If you close the small video in the corner of the screen, we remember that for the rest of your browsing session so it does not reappear. This is stored in your own browser and disappears when you close the tab. It is not sent anywhere.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data. There is no arrangement under which anyone pays us for it.
- We do not collect personal details on this website. There is no form to fill in.
- We do not use tracking beyond the analytics and advertising tools named above.

Several buttons on this site take you somewhere else. Once you leave, that service’s own privacy policy applies, not ours.
- Fresha handles all online booking, including the details and payment information you enter there.
- WhatsApp and SMS carry any messages you send us.
- Google Maps and Instagram open in their own apps or sites.
Your choices
You can stop most of this collection yourself, and we will not treat you differently if you do.
- Block cookies in your browser settings, or browse in a private window.
- Use an ad or tracker blocker. A large share of our visitors already do, and the site works normally.
- Adjust what Meta shows you in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.
- Install Google’s official Analytics opt-out add-on.
Appointments and your records
When you book with us, we keep what we need to run the appointment: your name, contact details, the services you had and any notes about allergies, sensitivities or skin conditions you tell us about. For permanent makeup we also keep the consent form you sign. We keep these records because we need them for your safety at your next visit, and because New York requires records for procedures of this kind.
These records live in our booking system, not on this website, and we do not upload them to advertising platforms.
Children
This website is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information about them.
Changes
If we add or remove a tool that collects data, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
